How We Work

To start: We propose a 12-week collaboration designed for people who want to integrate AI into their workflow without compromising what makes their work meaningful.

We don’t sell tools.

We are agnostic in regards to technology. It changes almost everyday (anyway) and what we really need is a clear understanding of what AI can do, should do, might do and to put a process and workflows in place that can hopefully be “future proof”.

The format is flexible, but the structure is intentional.

We build a process around your existing voice, goals, and culture - one that includes AI where it’s useful, and ignores it where it’s not.

Phase 1: Orientation & Discovery (Weeks 1–2)

We begin with a conversation - not a demo.

What’s already working? Where’s the friction? Where is your time or energy being spent that could be redirected?

We look at your creative and strategic processes, map the current state, and define some light guideposts - what you want to learn, what you want to protect, and what’s open to change.

Deliverables:

  • Workflow snapshot

  • Creative & technical audit

  • AI readiness map

  • Tool short-list for testing (tailored to your actual use, not trends)

Phase 2: Testing & Prototyping (Weeks 3–6)

We explore what happens when AI tools are introduced thoughtfully.

You’ll test image, text, sound, or automation tools depending on your work. We run small, rapid cycles - building, testing, reflecting. The goal is to learn by doing, not theorizing.

This part is often where the surprises happen - new ideas emerge, unnecessary steps become obvious, and teams get unstuck.

Deliverables:

  • Pilot projects using relevant AI tools

  • Prompt frameworks based on your tone/voice

  • Initial results dashboard or qualitative feedback set

Phase 3: Systems & Playbooks (Weeks 7–10)

Once we’ve learned what works (and what doesn’t), we document it.

This is where we shape a working AI “layer” that sits inside your creative process - not on top of it. We develop internal tools, team prompts, role-specific guides, and lightweight rituals to make it sustainable.

This is also where we run training sessions, if needed - for team confidence and alignment.

Deliverables:

  • Custom AI workflow guide / playbook

  • Reusable prompt sets

  • Team onboarding materials

  • Optional team training sessions (recorded or live)

Phase 4: Handoff & Next Steps (Weeks 11–12)

We close the loop. What changed? What’s better? What needs more attention?

This is a reflection period and a handoff: you get everything in one place, with clear suggestions for where to go next - whether that’s scaling a tool, hiring internal AI roles, or doing nothing for now.

Deliverables:

  • Final AI integration summary

  • 3–6–12 month roadmap options

  • Exit conversation / Q&A / future planning

What’s Different About This

  • It’s shaped around your actual work, not a software license

  • It’s slow enough to think, fast enough to act

  • It’s designed to be absorbed by humans - no jargon, no clickbait

  • It honors ambiguity, process, and voice

Who It’s For

  • Teams trying to work smarter without becoming less human

  • Artists curious about AI but skeptical of the hype

  • Agencies under pressure to move fast, but not break things

  • Startups who want creative and strategic infrastructure they can grow with
